Consciousness Exercise
Dwell on the way you think. Don’t take for granted that the way you think is what thinking is or the only way to think. Take some time and try to think differently to how you normally think. Try a few ways. Attempt thinking in expansive ways that you’d have never thought possible. What is that like?
Are there background thoughts that I don’t usually notice? Are my thoughts loud or quiet? Can I stop my thoughts? Can I stop thinking? What is that momentum, that compulsion to think?
