2:34 The Book of Not Knowing.
Go through everything you believe or hold to be true.
As best you can, bring to mind all that you know. Everything that comes up for you that you consider true, or assume is true, ask yourself whether you have actually experienced it or if you just believe it.
Certainly this will take some time, and you may often be unclear whether something counts as a belief or as an experience. Take all the time you need, and if you still aren’t clear, set it aside for later contemplation. The vast majority of what you “know” will turn out to be beliefs.
