5:19 (PC) Awareness needs an object; consciousness seems metaphorically like light un-concealing something without there being something or a light shining on it. Lots of metaphors obtain & language is insufficient as usual. I have often wondered whether Peter is directly conscious all the time during the day. I find sadly I am mostly “in my head” & in contemplation trying to get out.
