Concentrate on your breathing. Work to make your breaths full and complete. Check if you are restricted in your breathing and see if you can open that up and breathe completely. As you keep attention on your breathing, notice that your mind chatter tends to slow and you become more present.

See if you can touch on your breathing several times throughout the day, and see if it makes a difference in your body and mind.
